Terms of service
Account, API usage, payment, and refund terms for DeepSeek V4.1 Flash.

About this service
DeepSeek V4.1 Flash is an independently operated website and API service. We are not DeepSeek, the model developer. Accounts, API keys, and credits issued here are separate from those on DeepSeek's official platform.
Your account and API keys
Use a verified email address to make model requests or buy credits. Keep your login details and API keys private, and revoke a key if it has been exposed. Do not access another user's records, bypass service limits, or submit content you are not entitled to use or share.
Service availability and limits
Your account and the relevant service pages show whether model requests, trial claims, and checkout are available. The API supports text chat with optional thinking. See the API guide for request limits and supported parameters.
AI-generated answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Review results before relying on them, particularly generated code and factual claims. The deepseek-flash API alias may change as DeepSeek updates its model; it does not guarantee a fixed checkpoint.
Free trial
Eligible verified accounts can claim 20,000 input and output tokens, including cached input. The allowance expires seven days after claim and can be claimed only once per eligible account and verified email identity. Trial tokens are separate from paid credit. A trial request never automatically charges your paid balance.
Paid usage
Credit packs add their USD value to your balance. All packs use the same rates per million tokens: $0.30 for uncached input, $1.20 for output, and $0.0024 for cache reads. Reasoning tokens included in output are not charged twice. Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions.
Before sending a paid request, we reserve enough credit to cover its maximum cost. After a successful response, we charge for confirmed usage and release the rest. If the outcome cannot be confirmed, the reservation remains in place for review.
Use the same idempotency key and unchanged request when retrying after a connection failure. A new key creates a separate request that may incur another charge. See Pricing and the API guide for details.
Payments and refunds
Credit is added after the payment provider confirms payment. Refunds are generally limited to completely unused purchases, with exceptions reviewed by support. See the refund policy for eligibility and how to submit a request.
