Privacy policy
How DeepSeek V4.1 Flash handles account information, prompts, responses, and payment records.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
About this policy
This policy covers the independent DeepSeek V4.1 Flash website and API service. It explains what we store, how model requests are processed, and how to contact us about your data.
Account information
We use your name, email address, verification status, authentication records, and session information to provide account access. Security records may include your IP address and user agent. Newly created API keys are shown once; the service stores a hash to validate them.
Support tickets are stored with their account association so we can review the issue. Please leave out passwords, API keys, and unnecessary sensitive information.
Prompts and responses
We send the text in model requests to DeepSeek to generate a response. We store the submitted input and returned output, including reasoning when provided.
- Playground: input and output are retained for 30 days from the request.
- API: input and output are retained for seven days from the request.
After that period, the content is no longer available through the service and is removed by the retention process. Token counts, prices, charges, request status, and request hashes are separate billing and security records and are not deleted with the content. Stored responses can be returned for duplicate requests only while the content is retained.
Only submit material you are permitted to share with the model provider. DeepSeek has its own data practices; our retention periods do not describe or control its records. Read DeepSeek's privacy policy for its terms.
Payments
Stripe and PayPal process payments made through their respective checkout options. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We record order references, amounts, payment status, and information needed to confirm payments and refunds. Do not send card details through model prompts or support tickets. Payment providers maintain their own records under their policies.
Cookies and analytics
Sign-in uses session cookies. Optional analytics, when enabled, follow your choice in Analytics preferences in the footer. Changing that preference does not remove cookies required for your signed-in session.
Access and deletion requests
Contact support@deepseekv41flash.com to ask about access to or deletion of your data, including if you cannot sign in. We review these requests individually. Some billing and security records may need to be retained separately from your prompts and responses.
